As a user of Dive Ledger, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your internal business or personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to attempting to disrupt service, access unauthorized areas, or upload harmful content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use Dive Ledger only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to store or transmit any material that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
All content, features, and functionality of Dive Ledger, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Dive Ledger or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Dive Ledger a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dive Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Dive Ledger is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.
Certain features of Dive Ledger may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase for new subscriptions, provided that the service has not been used extensively. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@diveledger.com.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Dive Ledger immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination, unless we are required to retain it by law.
Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and, where appropriate, via email.
Your continued use of Dive Ledger after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform.
